Host your next event at Seaforth Community Hall! Our versatile space and kitchen facilities are perfect for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, day retreats, meetings, dinners, fitness classes and more.

Below are our flexible rental options and helpful details to make planning easy:
Rental Rates

• Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour
• Minimum Rental: $65.00 (Includes 2 hours plus Light Kitchen Usage, and an additional 1/2 prior for Set up and 1/2 following for clean up)
• Additional Hours: $25.00 per hour
• Wedding Full‑Day Rental: $400.00 (Includes full‑day access with setup day prior and clean‑up time day following as arranged.)

Kitchen Access Customize your kitchen use based on your event needs:

• Light Usage — Included in minimum rental Access to kitchen space, fridge, sink, and counters.
• Full Usage — Additional $10.00 flat fee Includes Light Usage amenities plus use of the oven, dishes, dishwasher, cutlery, coffee percolator, and more. 

Weekly Exercise & Yoga >> Rates remain the same as previously arranged.
Alcohol Requirements >> If your event includes alcohol, a Nova Scotia Special Occasions Permit is required. Applications must be submitted at least 10 days before your event.
Amenities & Services  (Included at No Extra Charge) (Service interruptions may occur based on provider availability.)

• Cleaning: We do not charge cleaning fees. We simply ask that you return the hall to its original condition after your event.

  • 14 rectangle folding Tables (aprox 6 feet x 2.5 feet and 80 folding chairs) 
  • Projector
• Venue Dimensions: 42' x 30' (plus kitchen, enclosed deck and washroom facilities)
